Players can check their rebate balance by accessing the Bonus section located in the My Account page.
For any earned rebates, the rollover requirement in order to be able to withdraw the money is 1x.

A player's rank will be evaluated on the 1st of every month at midnight (UTC). If a player's rank will be increased, a bonus will be disbursed.
Players can check their bonus balance by accessing the Bonus section located in the My Account page.
Note that the distribution of bonuses will be limited to one per rank (VIP status).
Any players will a rank (VIP status) of Juryo or higher will be eligible for a birthday bonus during the month of their registered birthdate.
For any rank (VIP status) upgrades and birthday bonuses, the rollover requirement in order to be able to withdraw the money is 1x.

- A player's rank can only be increase one level at a time regardless of the deposit and/or bet amount.
- OIf the wagering requirements associated with a particular rank (VIP status) are not met for a three (3) month period then the player will have his/her rank (VIP status) downgraded one (1) level.
- A player's rank will be evaluated based on real money usage. Thus, any rebate or bonus money will not be factored into the evaluation.
- A player's real money balance may be frozen and his/her account may be locked if it is deemed that the player received a rebate, birthday or other bonus via fraudulent means.
